I had the idea of tattoo artist Sansa meeting executive Jaime at her shop and hooking up, then it turned into this. This is the first thing I've written for the GoT fandom and it basically poured out of me over the course five days, I hope it's enjoyable and reads the way I want it to. Brienne is also awkward, shy, has no time for dating, and doesn't want to figure out how to broach the topic of virginity if she ever does date again. Enter Jaime Lannister: her handsome colleague who is also perpetually single, much to Brienne's confusion. But as tends to happen, the perfectly reasonable solution to a perfectly ridiculous problem gets a little more complicated.

“You asked me for a favor.” He places his elbows on the table, leaning over them, getting even closer to her. “And that favor was for me to sleep with you.”
Brienne might have a heart attack or vomit, there’s really no way to predict at this point, both seem imminently likely. She miserably answers, “Yes.”
Jaime’s eyebrows furrow again, his mouth firming in concentration. It’s possible the most painful part of this entire conversation is how well she knows his face, his expressions, how easily she can read him now.

This work is dark and uncomfortable at times (okay, often), much like GoT, ASOIAF and The Handmaid's Tale. It isn't a fluffy story by any means, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel! If you love angst, mystery and slow burns, this is for you!

A Dirty Dancing inspired AU in which college student, Brienne Tarth, is dragged along on a vacation to the Catskills with her father and her Stark step-family. Though eager to reconnect with her father and forget about some of the trials of last semester, Brienne is less than enthused about spending her summer stumbling through a merengue or playing charades with retirees. That is until a chance encounter leads to Brienne somehow volunteering to take professional dancer Cersei Lannister’s place. Jaime Lannister is a demanding teacher and even more of a demanding person, but the more he pushes her, the more Brienne is determined to succeed.
After all, nobody puts Brienne in the corner.
