“You’ve done this before,” Kevin hissed, accusatory, and in French. He must have forgotten himself, or didn’t think Jeremy’s lessons were going very well. Jeremy himself was mildly surprised he could pick out the words and their meaning in Kevin’s sharp tone.
Jean, to his credit, only lifted one eyebrow as he let the smoke escape through his nose. The joint looked natural in his long fingers, flicked idly so burning ash fell to the red and gold ceramic dish by his elbow.
Something about Jean using Jeremy’s lopsided pottery class project made his insides squirm.
“You sent me to him. He asks, I say yes,” Jean mused. He shifted lower in the armchair, stretching his long legs out and crossing them loosely at the ankles. Gestured wide with the joint to the water bottle of vodka in Kevin’s hand, lip curling in a sneer, scoffing. “Better than that.”
Or: Jean's sick of Kevin drinking himself to sleep, and Jeremy is willing to help.

Aaron ignored him. Tried to focus on the simple friction of fucking, licking his lips raw, anchoring himself to the gentle swaying of the high overtaking his body and nearly visible in the blackness of his closed eyes. It numbed some of the thoughts that were harder to quiet. Not being gay and fucking a dude on camera for money was already way too much for his fried, undergrad brain to deal with. Staying high made it easier, and it gave their channel, Bud Buddies, a shtick to ease the way.
A theme did a lot of work for them, giving viewers something simple to search and a niche to settle into.
Or: Seth and Aaron make a habit of getting high together. The habit turns into a plan, into some extra cash, and finally into an OnlyFans. But like, they're still totally straight. It's just the weed. Or something.

Ronan can say nothing with that tongue suddenly in his own mouth; warm and wet and alive in the way dying in a dream feels like.

Summary
Grantaire isn’t sure what he’s signing up for when he answers an ad looking for a partner on a homestead out West, but he doesn’t have many other options. When he takes a chance and goes to a town called Amity, he’s met by Enjolras, who’s willing to share a home with him and teach him the work of the farm, but his heart is closed, and they’re wed in name only. Amity is full of friends and outlaws alike, and Grantaire thinks this might finally be a place where he can belong, but it’s hard for it to feel like a home when his husband won’t touch him, and the outlaws are a threat that grows with every passing day. If he can’t help keep Amity safe, and convince Enjolras that loving him is worth the risk, he might lose the only home he’s ever really had.

Adam hovered by the door just a little too long—long enough for Lynch’s eyes to drift up from the menu and catch him. They were a shock of blue, even from this distance. Something in them intuited that Adam was the person he’d been waiting for, even though they’d never met, and even though to Adam’s knowledge, Lynch had never seen a photo of him.
Still, Lynch raised an eyebrow in recognition, as if to say, "Well?"

It was the fearless, almost insubordinate, nature of Ronan's rolled up sleeves. Two handprints encircled his wrists, a deep violet, darker than any mark Adam had ever seen. Gansey sported a matching color on both palms, as if he'd dipped them completely in paint.
