    Percy’s always known he was a bit different from the other children. The other children didn’t have sharp teeth or claws. The other children didn’t have scales or gills. The other children weren’t able to detect when someone was coming up behind them by the way their footsteps sounded, even if you were across the street. The other children couldn’t see the future or the past in their dreams or flashes of someone's fate when he looked at them. They weren’t able to hear the sound of someone’s breath from 30 feet away.

    But Percy was okay with that. He didn’t need any of the other kids. They stayed away from him even if they couldn’t see his ever-changing eyes that could stare into your soul or his too-long fingers with claws instead of nails. But that was okay, he told himself, he had his Mom, Auntie Bronze, and Apollo, and that was all he needed.

    Or,

    Percy Jackson is a mischievous little shit with baby seal eyes and a talent for getting gods wrapped around his fingers.

    Like a rallying cry, campers started pouring out of the woodworks and Jake took a step back.

    “Hey,” a tall blond boy yelled, “don’t crowd him! Back up, back up…”

    “Oh, come off it, Luke,” a girl rolled her eyes, “you’re only chill because you’re probably going to get the story first!”

    “Um,” Jake swallowed, “story?”

    Chiron tried his best to shoo the campers away with a disappointed stare, but while a few of them shrank back, most stood firm.

    “Yes,” a younger blond girl folded her arms, eyeing him, “we want to know about your encounter with the wandering swordsman.”

    There's a demigod out there, somewhere, that no one can find. But because of him (and his really, really shitty swords), demigods who otherwise wouldn't have, have made it to camp. A daughter of Dionysus, a son of Apollo, a daughter of Athena, at least one in every cabin.

    Where is he? Who is he?

    (Percy thinks everyone's being dramatic. He's not that cool, and Kelli is more than happy to tell him that. Frequently. Ugh.)

Little could anyone foresee, the Triwizard Tournament of 1994-95 would weave together the lives of a quarter-veela, a world-renowned quidditch star, the Boy who Lived, and a Devon lad with a heart of gold, and this twist of fate unknowingly changes the trajectory of the wizarding world.

    Alternatively known as the fic where the champions become friends thanks to rigged nature of the tournament and the utter lack of care for students. Told from the perspectives of Viktor, Cedric, and Fleur, the fic follows them from the summer of the Quidditch World Cup to the aftermaths of the Second Wizarding War against Voldemort. Creative liberty is taken in generous doses.

    The author do not agree with, support, or condone JKR’s idiotic and vile transphobic views and her problematic self-proclaimed ‘feminism’.

    Living in Gotham wasn’t nice. It wasn’t fun. But Percy was alive, even though now he only had ten dollars to his name after spending some money on a box of plastic water bottles so he didn’t have to resort to drinking harbour water.

    Little by little, Percy began to get his bearings and become familiar with the city.

    Then the vigilante guy in the bat costume and his neon sidekick broke into the warehouse Percy was staying in.

    Nine-year-old Percy Jackson runs away to avoid being killed by monsters like Sally and Gabe, accidentally winding up in Gotham. Bruce's "child with a traumatic backstory" senses activate and Percy gets adopted. It's a nonlinear story, with half of each chapter taking place before the Second Gigantomachy, and half of them taking place after, when Percy returns to Gotham.

He had two brothers who loved him, a father who was maybe slightly emotionally stunted, and a butler who made amazing food. All of that changed when he was 12, when Jason died and Bruce sent him off, and Zeus had the outstanding idea that a 12 year-old who didn’t even know he was a demigod yet had stolen his Master bolt, when he didn't come home, they assumed he was dead (in reality, he was trying to not get murdered as he did his quest). Now, Percy’s 17, the Hero and Saviour of Olympus, a two-time war veteran, and a year-round camper at Camp Half-Blood. Of course, isn't this a great time to show up on his friends' social media pages?
