Some guests were just the worst. They wanted something. To ask questions. To poke at old wounds. To make smart remarks. Or simply to be seen next to the Wayne family. Jason didn't like any of them.
Except he never felt the way he did as he looked at Vlad Masters.
The voices all around him had become muffled. His sole focus was Masters. There was a distant scream. Jason could hear the familiar sound of nails scratching at something desperately. The scraping of ice that was too thick, too cold, but that didn't stop the hands from clawing from underneath. Someone was drowning. Someone was screaming, begging to be heard.
tldr; Vlad stole Danny's core leaving behind a hollow version of him with no one to help, but someone does in fact notice.

Summary
Proto had an idea and I ran with it.
DC/DP prompt:Conner Kent, resident clone, Tim Drakes corresponding Super and all around punk gets a boyfriend. Nobody is amused by Dash Baxter as he seems like an asshole to everyone but his partner type.
Clark has a revision of his opinion when Dash accidentally stops a bus crash with his bare hands, waving it off by saying "Some weird shit happened in high school, never quite been the same."
Batman gets called in only to commiserate that he too has got what Constantine was calling "Those weird Amity blokes" in the form of one Tucker's Foley who when Diana had visited Wayne Industries by chance had commented that she didn't know Bruce was employing the avatars of Egyptian Gods.

Dick Grayson had never told anyone he'd once been trapped in the Ghost Zone. He'd also never forgotten the promise he'd made sure to get from Danny Phantom.
Jason didn’t know what was going on but he was really very pissed that there was another kid with a y-shaped scar on their chest and eyes that feel like frozen reflections of home. Thankfully, there were suddenly several new targets for his rage and Dick seemed rather more inclined to join Jason than stop him.

“What the fuck was that!?” Jason exclaimed, shock briefly making him forget the fear bleeding into him from the Pit. Phantom turned to him, mouth opening to respond, only to freeze and go wide eyed as he fully looked at Jason for the first time.
“What the fuck are you?” he gasped. Jason stiffened and backed up warily. The rest of his family tensed and took a protective step forward. “No,” Phantom continued, eyes squinting in inspection, “a more accurate question would be what the fuck was done to you.”
“Why? Do I bother you?” Jason snarled. The Pit was writhing in his chest, as though trying to flee.
“Oh it definitely bothers me. Hmm… yeah, no I can’t let that go.”
Failing to stop the summoning of the King of the Ghosts, the Batfam find themselves in a strange scenario when the summoned King refuses to take over the world and instead becomes incredibly interested in one of their own: Jason Todd.

Danny wasn't sure what to do with his life (Half-life? Death?) anymore, but maybe the joining Justice League will be just what he needs.
Now Danny just has to overcome Batman's paranoia and show him that he's more than a sassy, overpowered entity, fight off Wonder Woman's worry, and deal with Superman's cowardice. Luckily Flash is pretty cool, even if he can't keep a secret.
What's that, oh now there are ghost attacks... Great, guess it's his problem now. And here comes his unresolved trauma knocking on the door along with his hero complex and a boatload of guilt. Sure, being Ghost King is a lot, along with being a superhero, but surely things will work themselves out.
