Summary
Ailith has spent years trying to put her past behind her, ascending in rank with the Arcane University and unlocking powers untouched by Mages for centuries. She almost believed that she had found peace, but the discovery of a letter bursts the safe bubble she was hiding in. The answers she once sought and abandoned now seem to lie in Skyrim.
Along the way she meets a ghost from her past, the Ranger whose father she hunted. Ailith soon learns the truth of her destiny and how interwoven their lives were. Can they heal each other as well as themselves? And can they free themselves from the spirits haunting them?
This story takes place eight years after the final events from the Flames of Justice and was inspired by characters from the Skyrim Romance Mod with some game dialogue.Series

Summary
After being arrested by the Thalmor for possessing forbidden knowledge Silka finds herself with spotty memories of the last six years and none prior to that. Being deemed useless without memories the Thalmor drop her off at Helgen for execution. After escaping Helgen her search for anything to jog her memories or pay back the Thalmor brings her to an Abandoned prison where she frees a Thalmor prisoner; not knowing how her life would change when she accepts the man's offer to repay his life debt.

25/11/2023 - is in the process of rewritten and I've reverted the first couple of chapters that were updated (ages ago) back to their original forms. I hope I can get this bloody thing sorted soon, I'm not done with Nara, I have more hell to put her through but with major changes now I know the true direction her story is going.

“Yeah.” The man who had saved his life less than an hour ago – the white-haired, absurdly buff, weirdly sexy man Jaskier might have called taciturn if he was feeling charitable and surly if he was feeling less so – dug into his second burger.
Jaskier waited. “Are… you going to tell me what it is?”
The man paused mid-bite, and looked at him reproachfully as if to say how dare you. How dare you interrupt me. Can’t you see I’m enjoying my cheeseburger. Can’t you see this cheeseburger is the most important thing in my life right at the moment. He swallowed, and said, “Geralt.”
It turns out almost getting eaten by a werewolf can make your whole life go careening off in a new, terrifying, wondrous, artistically flourishing direction. Who knew?
