Summary
Five achieves his goal. After returning from the 1960s, he and his siblings finally find themselves in the correct timeline. There will be no other end to the world. However, it turns out that ordinary life can be more difficult to accept than the apocalypse. Perhaps even unbearable when there is no longer any threat to face or purpose to fulfill.
Or: without the end of the world looming over them, Five cannot find a purpose for himself and starts spiraling. His siblings are there to help. There's angst, there's violence, there's emotional blackmail and totally inappropriate jokes. There's also sudoku, some booze and complaints about the smell of overcooked pasta. It's messy and not therapeutic at all. But Five's about to learn that he's not the only stubborn one and that they're not going to give up on him that easily... Even when he really wants them to.

Summary
The Hargreeves siblings try to stick together and navigate Reggie's new world without powers. While Klaus becomes the surprising de facto leader of the group thanks to his technical savvy, Five finally has the chance to reflect on what he left behind when he came back to 2019. Now that the universe has been completely rewritten, the only thing he has left is his newly powerless and vulnerable family. He suspects that Reginald is banking on all of them being too distracted to focus on what he's up to. Five would like to take this opportunity to finally retire and just maybe go after what he wants most, but in a world where Klaus can suddenly die and stay dead, Five isn't willing to take the risk.
