Dan just kind of stands there with his mouth open, as if he is trying to find a comeback but can't think of anything.

orPhil is a radio show host at BBC. Lately he has been struggling, so to let him prove himself he is tasked on cohosting a segment where he travels around London to try out restaurants.
This should work just fine, Phil loves food... he just doesn't really love his cohost.

In fact, the only thing either one of them couldn’t stand more than the other was the thing that came up most in both of their shows: soulmates. Dan in private didn’t believe in them, and Phil would change the subject every time he conveniently could.

AmazingPhil's channel has always been filled with stories about strange people he's met or other bizarre little occurrences. He's a magnet for the unusual. It makes sense, in a lot of ways, as he's unusual himself. He's always been an imaginative person, and maybe that was why I never noticed. I knew Phil as this incredible, happy, brilliant, amazing man and maybe that was my problem. I'd spent so much of my life idolizing him that I struggled to see the cracks forming in his foundation. I don't know... I don't know if I'll ever be able to post this but I just need to talk.
