Summary
In a better world, Coen of Laslea could resist the call of the blood, and stand up to his sire. Even if it was a futile attempt that would doom most any man, Vrakhir or human. This is not such a kind world though, and the scouring of Laslea gains another victim, just as Knyaz Brencis gains another son.

“I can’t be seen sneaking out of your room,” Jin said, kissing him gently before pulling on his clothes.
Ryuzo watched him dress without rising, but as Jin made for the shoji he stood hurriedly, catching Jin’s wrist and pulling him close for a warm, deep kiss.
“Jin,” Ryuzo started, resting their foreheads together.
Jin’s heart picked up, hoping he knew what Ryuzo was about to say.
“I… Good luck.” He finished, and Jin sagged in disappointment.~~~
AU where Ryuzo becomes one of Jin's kashindan, and after that everything changes.
OR
The AU where I went to great lengths to try and give Ghost of Tsushima a happy yet realistic ending, because goddamnit these guys deserve a happy ending.

Summary
I re-imagined GoT story with a butterfly effect sort of thing where a minor change in Tomoe's tale brings about changes in all character's stories. After fighting lord Shimura (and sparing him) there's the sequel part, with civil unrest between the supporters of the Ghost and those of the shogunate and a second Yarikawa rebellion. There are many flashbacks about Jin's childhood and adolescence. Ryuzo and Taka both survive and Tomoe stays on Tsushima becoming a very prominent character. (This is a translation of my own fic)
