Summary
Izuku Midoriya has had a string of bad luck. First he was diagnosed with no quirk. A year later his dad left without a word, leaving him and his mom alone. Not long after that, his mom committed suicide. Now, Midoriya is stuck living in a group home.
After Bakugou tells him to take a swan dive off the roof, Midoriya decides to finally take the advice only to wake up after breaking his neck. Then he dies a second time to some gross sludge villain. When he dies the third time Aizawa is there as a witness, and he cannot get the sound of Midoriya hitting the ground out of his head.
When Midoriya realizes he can't die he decides he might as well try to become a hero, so he seeks out the underground pro-hero who goes by Eraser Head.
Will his dream of being a hero come to an end when he gets involved in the murder case of a little girl?
TLDR: Midoriya discovers he has a quirk after trying to kill himself and seeks out Aizawa to train him, and is later accused of murdering a little girl.

They had him, they finally had their baby bird. There he was sound asleep in Keigo's arms. Touya watched as Izuku nuzzled into his boyfriend with a smile.
He hoped that the change would be easy for his new lover. After all the greenette was constantly harassed for his lack of quirk, and that would never happen in his new home.
Deku was just trying to walk home... A simple cut down an alleyway to avoid a beat down from Kacchan. What he didn't know was that his future kidnapper was waiting for him to turn down that alley, filled syringe in hand.

Shirakumo doesn’t seem surprised by it, but Izuku whips his hand back when the intense chill climbs up his arm.
