The world quieted, and despite her fear, she found herself slowly looking down the street to the gate where she had kicked the stone down hours before. Growing louder, she heard the large stomps of what could only be one thing.

How did I end up in this position? I was just a college student, but suddenly thrown into a universe where monsters exist, and a girl with the ability to move things with her mind is a normal occurrence to this group of teenagers. Now I have this weight of responsibility to change things that I know will come to fruition if nothing is done. By any means necessary, I will make sure these kids will survive, and I just hope I make it to tell the tale.OR
The reader finds herself thrown into the Stranger Things universe and is now under the weight of either helping stop canon events from happening or living with the guilt of knowing some of these characters will die. Very few people have had chance to get close to Y/N since she moved into town and not that many actually want to get to know her better either - weird, mean, rude, and that's Steve Harrington being nice about her.
But something strange is about to happen in Hawkins that will force the pair together, and if they hope to survive, they'd better put their differences aside.
