Two weeks following the events concerning Maligula, Sasha needs to complete Raz's debriefing on the mission. During the interview, pipes in Sasha's wall suddenly burst! It seems Raz is having trouble getting ahold of his new hydrokinesis ability, so Sasha proposes he goes into the young agent’s mind and sort things out.
This turns out to be a much bigger deal than anticipated.

Mettaton was a star.
Key word: WAS. Ever since he accidentally destroyed his own body and was unable to get a new one built, he's been shut in his own house and afraid to come out. Ratings dropped and his stardom came to an end.
In a nearby dark world, three robots spend just about every minute of their free time (that isn't spent composing four second long songs) watching old videos of Mettaton's shows. They want to be just like him.
When Alphys convinces Mettaton to step out for once and go to the library, he finds more than he bargained for. When three robots spot a strange ghost wandering around Cyber Fields, they notice how familiar he seems, and offer their help.
