Summary
Welcome to Crowley's, a hub of nightlife fit for just about anyone looking to have some reprieve from the tiresome grind of everyday life. Under the surface; it's a legal hub for the supernatural, a shadow for the undead to feast in peace. Or at least it was, until the territory war started.
All Yuu, the product of a broken family, estranged and with only a handful of friends, wants is to find his place in the world, but the world for an alpha with a record isn't an easy place. So he finds himself as a dancer at Crowley's, at least until the omega Mikaela takes his place on stage. He's demoted to a Bartender, and Mikaela's his new colleague.
He's not upset about it for long though. Yuu can't help but find himself drawn to Mikaela, and the shadows that lurk backstage. But when Yuu learns he's bitten off more than he can chew, will he do whatever it takes to keep the omega by his side?

A broken voice spoke out into the silence of the night. Wide blue eyes shone in the dark, wet with tears. They were a pool you could drown in, and once he looked at them, he found he could never look away.
"Wait- Don't leave me alone... please Yuu-chan... Promise me?"
Yuu turned, slowly, and then he was there, at the blonde's side, hands against his face and unwilling to ever let him go. Why he felt this way... what made him so brutelly attached... he'd never know. But... undeniably... there was something within Mikaela Hyakuya that made it impossible to step closer to the door, to the freedom he could so rightfully take.

Yuuichiro Hyakuya's first year in college starts with a glitch in the housing system that results in him sharing a room with a vampire. Mikaela Shindou is everything Yuu hates: quiet, arrogant, infuriatingly pretty, and very undead. They can't go a day without bickering or a week without falling into each other's arms. What started as a bitter rivalry turns into hate sex that becomes much more complicated. Neither of them wanted to talk about how they lingered too long after, or how Mika stopped feeding from anyone else, or how Yuu's heart skipped a beat every time Mika looked at him like that. It's just a simple release...until it's not.
