Summary
After the end of the war, some cybertronians went back to their home planet to rebuild, while some decided or were ordered to stay on the organic planet that became their second home for the time. Earth has.. tried to accept living robots settling down on their planet, although many still choose to hate or ignore them.
With years passing, the cybertronians on earth started building structures-often in less or not at all populated or abandoned areas, while some chose to travel around the globe.
'Panacea' is an isolated medical facility with an ironic name built on water north-east of Iceland a few kilometers from the bay, run by a decepticon medic that would give his spark for a day off. Having little staff and even less contact with the outer world, the facility is rarely disturbed by outer means, excluding occasional shipments and travellers-either patients or guests.
Despite everything, it knows no peace. The war may have ended, but not everyone has accepted the fact, and that may be a bother.Including, but not limited to:

Every kingdom needs it’s king. Except this one got an insane one.
The evil king was destined to fall by the hands of a noble soul-a hero.

Summary
The war came to it's official end, but that doesn't mean that it actually ended. Cybertron is in the process of being rebuilt, Earth is slowly getting accustomed to massive alive alien machinery living on it now and other objects drifting in space don't miss out on the fun either.

Bluestreak wasn’t expecting to get sucked into a Quintesson portal and get thrown halfway across the galaxy without anyway to get back home or long term way to keep himself alive. He wasn’t expecting to survive shutting down the portal at all.

Ratchet reset his vox. “I do not wish to harm you. What is your faction?”
“Faction? We do not associate with any vigilante group or pirating crew.”
“No, I meant- Autobot or Decepticon? Do you ally with either of them? Or are you neutrals avoiding the war?”
“War?” The flier’s optics widened more and a weakly surprised noise came from behind them (him, probably, if going off of vocal inflection). “What war? When?”
Ratchet frowned. “The civil war we’ve been fighting for four thousand years. How are you on Earth and unaware of this?”
“Four thousand… impossible. Machina was destroyed one thousand years ago.”
“Machina? ...I am from Cybertron. Have you heard of such a planet?”
“No.” The flier cocked his helm. “...I think there has been a misunderstanding. You do not look like a Metal Cardbot.”
“I most certainly am not that.”

After a shoddy teleportation attempt, the Metal Cardbots find themselves scattered, cut off from their team, and stranded in unfamiliar places.
