Summary
Unbeknownst to him, Tim is hit with Fear Toxin while on a solo patrol. He hears Bruce, Dick, and Barbara discuss their distaste for him, and the fact that he is preventing Jason from coming home.
Hurt, Tim starts a plan to leave the bats and Gotham behind, but he still wants to thank them for what they did for him before he goes. What better gift than speeding up Jason's return home, soon enough that they won't even notice his absence?

After getting hit by Scarecrow's latest toxin Tim realises that Gotham was slowly draining all his sanity. Knowing that if he stays longer he would truly lose his mind, Tim wonders if he should leave Gotham.
In true Two Face fashion, Tim flipped a coin.
Heads, Tim would stick around Gotham and nothing would change. Tails, Tim would leave Gotham and start over.
Meanwhile the Bats are trying to figure out a way to make up to Tim after all that had happened.

Summary
So Jason had completed about half of his plan since leaving the League of Assassins. He'd killed the Joker, reunited with the family, and got to actually hug Tim because he was actually alive (take that, weird ghost/spirit form!).
And while Jason would love to dedicate the rest of his life to making sure his kid brother gets the love he deserves, there is the small matter of his OTHER brother that he promised to go back for. Which means he has to figure out how to tell Bruce he's got another kid, how to rescue said kid, and preferably not get stabbed in the process.
