Frankenstein bows his head, studying his Master's shaking hands. Elegant, slender. Unmarked. No, Frankenstein would never let a scar touch his ethereal angel if he could help it. Frankenstein’s own hands were plenty scarred and he didn’t mind, but he couldn’t bear for Raizel’s to be.
Frankenstein tenderly takes each of Raizel’s hands in his own, just holding them for a moment, letting Raizel feel the firmness and pressure. Just enough to ease the shaking of his hands, to help him feel steady and sure and still. To show him that he would always be safe by Frankenstein’s side, as long as he drew breath. Frankenstein watches the slight tension go out of Raizel’s shoulders with a flicker of relief.

Frankenstein helps Raizel with his hand tremors. It's completely professional and has absolutely nothing to do with how much both of them long to be touched.

He sighs softly. Eyes still closed, he flips his pillow over in sluggish, jerky movements. Repositions the gun underneath. Yet he leaves the blanket where it pools around his hips, exposing his defined back to the open air. Not only that, he angles his ear toward the door, listening out for trouble.
Trouble comes in draped in lazy clothes that were thrown on at random. In slippers that shuffle against the floor as it enters. In the perfect form of his dearest treasure as caring hands pull the blankets back up around him and brush the bangs away from his forehead to leave a gentle kiss. It's Trouble's fault that his body wakes up at this hour every day, waiting for it to come in and join him just like this for an afternoon nap.
