“Not many people know who I am, are you a fan?” he asked. Usually he detested having fans, he was an underground hero for a reason, but if he was a fan of his, Shouta would be over the moon.
“Uhm yeah, you could say that, I’ve known about you for a while, you’re my favorite hero” he replied quietly, a blush beginning to form on his face.
A smirk found its way onto Shouta’s features, “I’m your favorite hero huh? So what’s the name of my number one fan hm?”

Summary
Society is not kind to those they deem to be villains, they're even less kind to them when they want to be heroes. Izuku Midoryia wants to be a hero, he told his dad he wanted to be one right before he died, and Izuku still plans on doing just that. Inko Midoryia misses her husband and resents the fact her son looks just like him, so she takes everything out on him. When Izuku goes on a late night walk, he accidentally commits vigilantism, well it's not a crime if you don't get caught, so he just won't get caught. But Eraserhead sees him one night while he's out taking down a villain. He leaves him alone until he realizes that the vigilante is just a kid.

Having an Emergency Intimacy Contact (EIC) is standard heroic procedure these days.
This, of course, means that most heroes don’t really take it seriously anymore. Instead, using at least one spot on the EIC as a “fantasy pick” has become common practice.
A trend that #1 Hero Dekiru might, or might not, end up regretting when he runs afoul of a villain's quirk and his EIC list is activated.
Because no one was expecting Eraserhead, the demon-sensei of UA and source of Izuku's entire friend group’s lingering high school nightmares, to be Dekiru’s #1 pick.
