Now they know the Red Hood is the resurrected Jason Todd…wait why are they calling him Roy? What??? Confused, Jason looks up the guy they think he is and. Fuck. That’s his soulmark!
The Bats are trying to take down the Red Hood but after a fated encounter and some investigation, they have a new idea. Since he was Jason’s soulmate, maybe Hood isn’t all that bad and they can get him to join their side.

Summary
The Justice League finally captures the infamous Outlaws, Red Hood and Arsenal. (Technically Starfire is one of them, but they mostly pretend that's not true. She's one of their strongest allies; they aren't going to jeopardize that.)
For some reason, neither Hood nor Arsenal seem very worried. In fact, they start arguing over whose dad will rescue them first.
Clark grows increasingly worried over their cavalier behavior, especially as he learns more about who they are. When will Batman get back to deal with this Gotham-based criminal? (Who will tell Batman that this man is somehow impersonating his son?)
Meanwhile, Jason and Roy are having the times of their lives bickering and scaring the Justice League.

Finally, it settled on resignation. “Roy,” He said, “If you try to patch things up with Dick…” A deep breath, an uncomfortable twist of his lips, “So will I. I know I need to, especially if I’m getting on your case about it. So how about that?”

He tastes it in the mold that must have grown from his drying tongue and the calculus surrounding his teeth. He hears it groaning, yelling, screaming, Wake up! Wake Up!
And then he sees it. Death itself, in the palm of his hand. Not a grinning, rictus smile or a reaper, but a triangle with five rectangles extending from it. Like a hand. William Hand, a voice whispers. It’s almost comforting.
Jason takes the ring and shoves it on his limp ring finger. The ring glows and the light fills the coffin through his mouth, his eyes, his ears, piercing the bones of his finger. He sighs, and black smoke froths from his mouth, and he feels——
Nothing.
