The goverment's corrupt. Officials in the Hero HQ control all activity with an iron fist. The heroes themselves are powerless to stop crime in places that need it.
That doesn't mean Tommy and his older brother Techno can't do it, though.This is the fifth fucking time that bakery down the street has gotten robbed, and if it happens again Tommy's gonna start stabbing. It turns out he doesn't even need to, as a known villain does it for him.
"What the fuck, is that Captain???"
Techno looked over, bewildered, from where they were crouched upon a building across the street.
"Huh. Yeah."-
