Summary
After facing abuse, loneliness and loss, 14-year-old Roronoa Zoro has finally found his place in this world. However, just when he thought he could relax, a new kid starts at Grand Line Academy. An arrogant, shitty cook, who could have been quite pretty if it hadn’t been for his stupid curly eyebrows. A boy who keeps pushing everyone away, but not enough to stop Zoro from seeing himself in his bright eyes. Perhaps… perhaps the cook isn’t all that bad. And perhaps healing is even more difficult and complex than Zoro had thought.
This piece is a sequel to ‘Found among the strays’, a story that mostly focusses on Zoro&Mihawk and Mihawk/Shanks. If you want to read this without reading an almost 240K fic (+70K sequels, lol) that has no ZoSan elements at all, I wouldn’t blame ya. If that is the case, you can read the notes for a sum up of all relevant information you need to understand what is going on.

Izuku starts calling him Bakugou and it pisses the explosive teen off a lot more than he thought it would

NOTE: This fic was started a very long time ago, before the majority of the manga and the anime were released. As such, the characters are closer to their season 1 characterizations than they would realistically be, seeing everything else that happens. Soooooo, let's say this is an alternate universe where basically none of the actual plot points have taken place. Cool? Cool.
