Summary
The four intruders were standing near each other at the outskirts of the lab. Apart from some minor scuff marks and scratches marring their features, they seemed in decent shape, ready to attack in a moment’s notice. Yet their forms were sloppy. Amateurish. The weapons held by three of the four were stolen from Draxum’s stash, which Leo knew only because he’d originally stolen them in the first place.
Little details that paled in comparison to one glaring thing.
Oh, Leo thought. They survived.

Summary
Legend says Batman had a partner before Signal. A shadow that crawled out from his own to strike fear into the hearts of criminals, only seen when it wanted to be.
Of course, those legends are merely that: rumors. There is no photographic evidence, no video footage, no documentation with the police. Nothing beyond the frantic accounts of terrified civilians and lawless individuals alike, all stale and years old by now. No proof that the living shadow ever existed in the first place.
Disappointing, Damian thinks. It would have been far more satisfying to raze everything Batman stood for if at least one person knew who he was – the blood son crawling out of the depths of hell to drag his father back down with him.

Summary
Macaque finds MK instead of Pigsy and raises him as his own. It’s not a typical family by any means, and things aren’t always perfect, but they’re happy. At least until MK picks up the Monkey King’s staff, marking him as the Sage’s successor, and Macaque’s buried past and discarded debt with the Bone Demon threaten to destroy this new life he’s made for himself.
AKA Lego Monkie Kid seasons 1-3 but I make things worse.

Summary
The war never ended and likely never will - not for them. They were created to fight, to sacrifice, and to follow orders. And for as close as they were physically, they couldn’t be more far apart. At least some of these aspects Echo and Crosshair could still agree on.
In the midst of another clash against Imperial Forces and loyalists of the Republic, Echo and Crosshair are forced to team up if they want to survive.

Summary
When Damian tried for the first time, he went too far and saw Gotham as the new hell on earth.
When he tried for a second time, he went too early and saw everybody fighting for a cowl.
That, at least, he could work with.
Alternatively: Instead of entering the Lazarus Tournament, Damian tries to bring back Alfred with time travel... it backfires of course, so now he has to relive his past as Dick's Robin. All things considered, it could've been so much worse.

Summary
Takashi Shirogane is raised in a noble lineage of monster hunters, tasked with protecting humanity from things that would prey on them. So he runs. And he hides. And slowly but surely, he comes to learn more about the cryptid world, and finds another family of his own making. He protects those who need it, and he earns his own redemption.
And all the while, something dark lurks in the city he calls home, whispered of in shadows, threatening the people he’s sworn to protect. Something called Galra.
