Summary
Within a week of meeting, an identical Mark appears on soulmates, gray and lifeless until a touch binds them together for life. The problem is that meeting a soulmate can be as easy as walking down a road on the opposite side as them, both people not even sharing a single glance, and not knowing it for a week. Or it can be as complicated as riding in on a train from a packed city like Atara and being the only one to step off on the platform at Sandrock which is where Mi-an finds herself a week after getting settled in. How is she supposed to go about finding her soulmate when the small city seems to be falling apart every other day?

Andy's not afraid of anything as long as he can see it coming. Snakes, monsters, sandstorms. Not one drop of fear to be found even if he spends an hour watching them try to creep up on him, because Andy's a bandit and no bandit worth his salt can feel afraid.
Andy doesn't like to think about the things that he can't see though. The things that do creep up and surprise him. Like the sandstorms that sweep in at night when he's asleep and dreaming so bad he can't tell if he's awake or not and all he knows is that he is alone.

Summary

Something is very wrong in the city they’ve sworn to protect, and the key to the whole case just might be one mysterious artist.
[Police drama/psychological thriller about our favorite pair of detectives and their unlikely artist companion that takes place in late 2015 in an alternate universe to the game. This story will deal heavily with themes of suicide, trauma, and mental illness and will include eventual romance between Sebastian and Stefano.]
