(Basically, I stick to the Phantom Liberty plot from party in Black Sapphire, but I also modify it to suit myself, combining different decisions and adjusting the characters' personalities to fit the story.)

Summary
Set in the aftermath of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, V is a mercenary running out of time, options, and any reason to keep playing by someone else’s rules. The Relic is slowly killing her, and survival once again comes wrapped in conditions.
Drawn into the orbit of the Federal Intelligence Agency and President Rosalind Myers, V is sent into Dogtown to recover Songbird under the familiar pretense of possible salvation. Nothing is guaranteed. Nothing ever is.
When V realizes how easily she can be sacrificed and how expendable she has always been, she makes a calculated, irreversible decision. She betrays them.
Instead, she turns to Dogtown, a district ruled by Kurt Hansen, a warlord and former Militech colonel whose honesty is as brutal as it is rare in Night City. V does not believe Hansen is good. She believes he is effective. And for the first time, that feels safer than promises from people who already consider her dead.
What follows is the slow, dangerous unraveling of a truth that could destabilize not only Dogtown, but V herself. V confronts autonomy, freedom, and the cost of choosing love in a world that does not reward it, and where loss is inevitable rather than born of betrayal.

The only difference is that Arasaka’s Relic isn’t slowly killing him. With this second chance at life, V is not the same naive merc from before; he's armed with memories of his past life, the mindset of a conqueror, and new otherworldly powers thanks to his new benefactor.
V’s not going to be a pawn in Night City’s brutal game of chess, but a warlord that controls both sides of the board with a more direct philosophy of what’s mine is mine and what’s yours is mine

But his body is different, always hurting, nothing like the sleek-high powered frame that once tore through Night City.
Everyone he knew has moved on.
Most of his friends drifted, the fixers stopped calling, even Kerry, who answered V’s one phone call with vague promises of help—disappeared back into his tour and his fame.
Now, V wakes up each day in a too-quiet apartment and goes to work at the Afterlife as a bartender, learning how to live as a normal person.
Another face in the crowd.
And as for how Kerry has been all these years? Well, he makes music, he sells out stadiums and copes however he can. With whoever he can.
Ultimately it’s a poorly timed message and fate that decides it isn’t done with them yet, and throws them back together with all the subtlety of a car crash. Will they take this second chance?
