Summary
They came for him when he was going to school. Of course they would; Peter has been late or absent from school many times, so it shouldn't be that much of a shock to people that he doesn’t show up again.
They came for him when he was walking a block to get to the subway, using the choice spot to not be seen by cameras.
They came for him, and they had him.
On the third day, he snapped.
Something happened during that final healing process, slower than normal due to the lack of food and water. His brain healed again, for the fourth time, and it would've been like the others, but then he couldn't remember.
Peter couldn't remember.When the Avengers do find him, homeless and hardened by his new life, the journey back to the way it was, to the way they were, is a long one.

Summary
Finding a compromise between nearly a dozen superheroes and the entirety of the United Nations was a...difficult task, to say the least. Difficult, but not impossible. But with the Accords eventually handled and the Avengers sticking together as a team, the world can remain well protected. Things are going smoothly until a string of robberies and murders comes back with ties to HYDRA, and the Avengers are thrown back into a war they'd thought was long since won.
Meanwhile, HYDRA is rebuilding itself using research stolen from Oscorp with the help of their newest threat - Asset 1562, the boy once known as Peter Parker.
But what happens when their supposed weapon meets the heroes? Things don't always go as planned when it comes to the Avengers.

Summary
*Basically it's my take of Hydra/Red Room Peter*
Peter Parker has been living in his own personal Hell for his whole life. He was born in a prison cell and experimented on by his own father like a lab rat until he was 3. That’s when they decided to kill both his parents.
After that, Hydra gave him to the Red Room, to make the perfect Assassin, a better spy than even The Black Widow.
At age 15 though, something happens that changes Peter’s life forever. He retaliates against his superiors and makes a break for America, where he can hopefully hide out and live the rest of his life in peace.
With his luck though, that’s never gonna happen...

As Peter’s consciousness sobered up, he was beginning to notice the distant ache in his arm more and more. His brows connected in a frown and he moved his arm around for him to see, only for the view to make his heart drop down a cliff.
Near the center of his wrist were three boxy letters tattooed into his skin: 019.

Peter is taken by HYDRA and is forced to undergo and survive in the hostile environment of painful experiments and difficult missions. For every day that passes he loses part of himself, that is until she comes along. A little girl, and she calls herself Morgan. Together, will they be able to escape? All he knows is that he will do anything to protect her, anything.
