I think there's way too little fuck-machine content focused on guys, as well as very elaborate/full body machinery, thus that is exactly what this work is about.
The Factory takes place in a fictional universe where men sign up wishing to become live-in sexual companions, and the factory prepares them for this future position.Please note: Every single character that appears in this fic is always at least 25 years old and fully consenting. Summary
After years of political instability, economic collapse, terrorist attacks, and civil unrest, a fundamentalist authoritarian movement called the Sons of Jacob seized control of the UK. Parliament was dissolved. The monarchy was abolished or forced into ceremonial exile. Britain was reorganised into a theocratic state much like their previously American counterpart; Gilead.
Women are stripped of legal autonomy and classified according to their reproductive status to combat the plague of infertility. Children are reassigned to more 'suitable' parents. Men are divided into rigid social classes.
The old British Armed Forces were dismantled and absorbed into the new regime.
Soldiers who survived the transition were given a choice: serve the new republic, or die.
Simon Riley chooses survival.
Under the new government, he becomes a Guardian—essentially military police tasked with enforcing the regime's laws. His combat experience makes him valuable.
Exceedingly cautious before the war, he'd hidden his status as a gay man, and now lives in fear of being discovered as a 'gender traitor', a crime punishable by death.

He glances down just as the cabin lights shift, flicking bright white as the pilot flips the switches for disembark. Soap blinks, eyes adjusting to the brightness as the red gloom recedes just enough for him to see it.
Blood.

There’s a pool of red beneath the jump seat where he’d been sitting, and a trail leading across the floor to where he’s standing right now.
“What the fuck—” Soap’s hand flies to his back, clumsy, and comes away dripping crimson.
His head swims. For a second he doesn’t comprehend it. He remembers the hits—two shots to his back, hard enough to knock the wind out of him—but the vest caught them. Didn’t it? His lower back is numb, nothing but strange building pressure, but the blood keeps coming, hot and steady.
He was shot. And he didn’t even feel it.-or- Desperate to prove he's worthy of the 141 (and Ghost), Soap overdoses on stims had has a bad time of it.

Summary
Soap paused, picking up the pen. He looked over his list. Three columns, “yes”, “no”, and “maybe”. He pulled the paper close. Hesitating, he underlined a single item, then crossed out the rest of them one by one. When he finished, he looked back at Ghost, as if daring him to say something about it. When Ghost didn’t, Soap pushed the paper over, crossing his arms over his chest.
Underlined was “kneeling” under “yes”, the only thing left on the page. It didn’t matter what the other “yes” items had been, they were very clearly in the “no” column now.
Ghost forced himself not to feel frustrated, had to admit to himself that Soap might be the most challenging sub he had ever had assigned into one of his units.
