Draco is very seriously entangled with someone he only refers to as Sir, or He in the privacy of his own mind. He's been entangled with Him - obsessively, impossibly - for years now, almost as long as he'd been out of prison. So what if he wasn't exactly happy? He was used to this life by now. He knew what to expect, and even if it wasn't always so great, at least he didn't have to think about Azkaban. He didn't need to be saved by some sloppy-haired git. He didn't need anything. This is the one that you felt like could be a rec from switchknife it hurt so much. It really fucked you up.
Draco is horrifically abused in Azkaban, and then later has an abusive partner who he never names. Part of the mystery is who his partner is. Then Harry starts coming over and Draco starts to see things a little, little bit differently.
To you, this is the worst it could possibly be for Draco. It was also extremely well written and beautifully explored themes of abuse and coping with severe trauma.

At first its hard to read and is very dark, but you know how boys get that stockholm syndrome when theyre alone together for long enough. Draco wears these adorable special wizard outfits that look all mediaeval times. Harry learns wand making. Rooms keep opening up in the house. "Why not do it how we like," Draco reasons. "We're trapped here anyway."
