Jaime's dead. It's hard to deny it when he's staring down at his own body. He's dead, and for some reason, Bart's the only one who can see him, and he's acting extremely weird about it. He's acting weird in general, actually, a lot more distant than he used to be, all sorts of strange habits he never noticed when they were just hanging out for a few hours at a time, the way he can just flip into the Bart he knows in the span of seconds. There's something very strange going on here, and he's determined to figure it out. It's not like he has anything better to do, after all.

Summary
So he’s the face man and the medic, and that feels right, balanced out and all. Raph is their heavy hitting team leader, Donnie is their genius inventor, and Mikey their creative and chaotic artist.
They've all found their places in the team. Neat little roles they can define themselves by, and Leo settles into it like a second skin. It's comfortable.
Then Dad promotes Leo to leader, and that's when things start to roll downhill.

Leo wanted to be the team medic. Raph wanted to be the team leader. Neither of them quite grow into the people they had thought they would.

Summary
So maybe there's consequences for your actions. Leo's still getting used to the concept, sue him, he didn't sign up to be leader. Raph did, but now Raph won't take it back because unfortunately for everyone Leo's doing kind of well in the leadership department. He's suffering from success. It's a tough life.
They're all tired and hungry, and Leo feels that in every aching bone. Sadly, no pizza joints are open — the true hallmark of a nearly averted apocalypse, people are focused on all the wrong things: friends, family, homes, and not what some sad and weird sewer turtles are going to eat for dinner (nothing at this rate).

“Hiijiji said our family is made of heroes,” Raphael says brightly. “So I’ll be one, too! And I’ll protect Leo and Donnie and Mikey when the bad guy comes.”
Yoshi can’t even speak for a moment. He has to wrestle with the lump in his throat for long enough that Raphael gets distracted and starts pawing at his hair.
His kids are so good. He can’t get over it. They were created to be super-soldiers, but all Yoshi sees are little goofballs with big colorful personalities and hearts made of solid gold.
When he’s pretty sure he can do it without a wobble in his voice, Yoshi declares, “There better be room for me in all these plans. I’m a hero, too, you know—you’ve seen me on TV!”
Hamato Yoshi escapes from Draxum’s lab without mutating. This changes things by a lot.
