Summary
After a battle goes wrong, Lance suddenly finds himself completely invisible, unable to interact with anyone or anything. It's fun, at first, pulling pranks on Keith and eavesdropping on everyone. His fun runs out, though, when he realizes that everyone thinks he's dead. And, after a while, Lance comes to believe it, too.
He's surprised to see Keith takes his supposed death hardest of all. He's even more surprised to see that Keith refuses to give up on getting him back.

He comes to find out that while he and Krolia were on an eight-week mission, time outside of the Abyss had been passing faster for everyone else. The Voltron team has long since assumed that Keith had died, and Keith now faces their differences due to events that he wasn't even around to witness. He now has two years of existence to catch up on, and one unexpected Paladin seems to have changed drastically compared to the others.
Keith decides that he will stop at nothing to rejoin his team and get to the bottom of what happened while he was gone.

Keith tried pulling his hand out of the strong grip. “I said I’m not done, Shiro! I know the drill. I can do it with my eyes closed. Just let me go back to-” And then his knight turned around, making the words stop and die on his tongue. Normally Shiro would laugh and try to play-carry him when there were drills, chasing him around the throne room as they laughed, calling out how this was ‘his duty’. But now, Shiro’s eyes were dark, mouth set in a straight, hard line.
Something was wrong.
“It’s not a drill”

Summary
Keith accidentally winds up in his future self’s body, who he then has to pretend to actually be because apparently the future is full of clones who will say or do anything to trick Team Voltron. In the future, anyone acting out of the ordinary is a suspect, and Keith can't afford to get his future-self killed by being incompetent. This is only made harder by the fact that he has to pretend to know what it’s like to be a boyfriend, because in the future, he and Lance are dating.
“I’m sorry,” Lance said gently. Keith could feel his words as much as he heard them, Lance’s warm breaths escaping against his lips. “I know you’re better, and I know you don’t like me worrying over you. I’m sorry.”
“It’s okay,” Keith rushed to assure him. Play along, play along, play along. “I know you were just scared,” he guessed. “But you don’t have to be anymore.”
Lance sighed a long, drawn out sigh. “I know,” he said. And then, “I love you.”
Keith’s brain short-circuited. Oh, he thought. And then Lance’s lips were on his, warm and soft.
