Summary
But before Max leaves them all in the dust, it’s Daniel’s turn. It has to be. Christian doesn’t get to decide that it isn’t. Because Daniel has given his all to this team, and he has waded through shit for this team, and this – retirement after fucking retirement – cannot be the end of the road. He deserves – no. He has earned it; to be there when this shitbox of a car finally improves and the gap to Mercedes closes.
So despite a voice in the back of his mind saying, get out while you still can, dipshit –
Daniel is staying at Red Bull.

Summary
A modern OC arrives in Yiling before the start of the Sunshot Campaign. She has no friends, no money, and no cultivation. She knows what's coming, but what could she possibly do about it?
***
“Well…” I looked down at my fingernails and tried not to squirm. “If there were a way to separate Wei Wuxian from Madam Yu without ruining his relationship with his siblings, I’d encourage it. Like, as an example, marriage.”Xichen blinked. “To you?”
“No. Absolutely not. What even—?” The thought was so abhorrent I couldn’t hold it in my head. My brain spat it right back out. “To your brother.”
Xichen blinked. Again. “To Wangji?”
“Obviously?”
“This is a concern of yours?”
“I realize it’s not my business at all,” I admitted. “But you asked.”

(He’s my son, A-Cheng! Can’t you see? I birthed him of my own body.)
Jiang Cheng reached forward and lifted the boy up into his arms. He settled the boy’s head on his shoulder and pointedly ignored the gasp of relief that shuddered through his disciples.
OR
Jiang Cheng stumbles upon A-Yuan during the Siege of the Burial Mounds and as a result, Jiang Yuan, courtesy name Jiang Sizhui, the heir to Yunmeng Jiang sect is raised alongside his cousin Jin Ling, courtesy name Jin Rulan, the heir to the Lanling Jin sect at Lotus Pier.
Jiang Cheng is bad at feelings, but better at kids, and Lan Wangji is a fantastic bitch about Jiang Cheng's child-rearing and decides he is co-parenting whether anyone wants him to or not.

Wang Lingjiao never pretended to be a good person.
She knew she was a bad person. She knew, and she didn’t lie to herself about it.
And yet.
And yet.
“That’s really fucked up,” she said to Wen Zhuliu, trying not to look at where Jiang Cheng was. “Do you really not care that they’re your kids?”

It's surprising that Marti showed up at Casey's dorm room, yeah, but it's more surprising that Casey hasn't yet pressured her to talk about it. It's almost like she's becoming more mature of a person. Probably not, though.
Looks like Marti's still the smartest member of their blended family.
