Summary
The halls of Hogwarts remain the same as Snape walks through them one more time on that first day of September. It is the beginning of the course, the war finished in May, and now students giggle and talk and chatter excitedly as every other year, but it makes Severus frown. It almost feels as if the war never happened, as if nothing changed.
Severus shouldn't have survived the war, he never intended to, and yet here he is, once again locked in that bloody castle with students he hates. And with him.

The super soldier serum had a strange quirk to it that didn’t become evident until Bucky came out of the cryo-chamber. The Winter Soldier, who Tony had viewed as the ultimate alpha from both myth and their Siberian battle, was the anomaly in a drug intended to create the perfect weapon. But unlike Steve, who morphed from a tiny hidden omega into the stubborn and obnoxious but textbook alpha of today, the serum had adapted in the Winter Soldier to allow full compliance to what Hydra wanted of him. The Winter Soldier had become the very definition of an omega.
However, when Tony Stark decides to assist with his technology, the results show that Bucky Barnes is determined to abide by no standard.

He narrows his gaze when the teen shifts; just the thought of sharing this rooftop with Japan's most notorious villain makes his skin prickle. “Deku.”
“Y-yes!” the teenager cries out in relief, taking a small step towards Shota, “I’m Deku! I’m so g-glad you—”
“Deku,” Shota growls darkly, flicking out his capture weapon hastily to snag the villain before he can make his move. He's quick to tug it taut, leaving no room for Deku to escape. “You’re under arrest.”
“I-I’m what?! W-wait!”
tl;dr

Harry Potter was very lonely. Yes, he had friends, a good job, and just finished his mastery in defense, but it was usually just him and his son all alone at night when everyone else had families and lives apart from them. When he learned by chance that he may actually have some living family, it should have been an easy decision to reach out to them. Unfortunately, nothing comes easily to Harry. Harry's biological father just had to be the most difficult person in the world to get a meeting to see, and the absolutely most suspicious when confronted with a paternity claim.
Tony Stark was very lonely. He and Pepper had recently broken up. His friends had betrayed him, and he was now forced to live with the very same people who had hurt him. He didn't think he could take one more blow and stay standing under it. Tony didn't have family; he didn't know what to do with family; too bad Tony's family wasn't sure what to do with him either, but they were going to give it a hell of a try anyway.
