Summary
Gotham was literally cursed but no one believed Bruce. He took it upon himself to fix it and after decades of searching, that solution came to him in the form of a little blue vial. Bruce was to take the curse within himself to temper it into something manageable.
He thinks the others would call him stupid and stop him if they knew about this, but (un)fortunately for Bruce, his family hasn't spoken to him for forever. There was no one here to stop him.
He downed the liquid and woke up as his nine-year-old self.
Ch3 Excerpt:
“Mother, do you remember those funny clouds above people’s heads I told you about? Well, I’m doing something about them but the process is very lonely. Or not. I think it’s just me. I’m the problem. I can’t seem to get people to like me enough to stay. I know–-… I’m aware that it’s due to my own shortcomings but sometimes, it feels like even the worst monsters have people that love them and yet I have no one.”
Bruce let out a humourless chuckle and rested his forehead on his knees.
“I just wish there was someone that cared about me.”

Suddenly, a wisp of light.
It is familiar, comforting, inviting. It urges him, frantic yet gentle as it pushes him towards the surface.
And then he sees him.
Bright blue eyes blink at him like a lighthouse in the night, cutting through the darkness and fog, guiding him back home.“How long are you gonna let yourself be used like this, Suguru?”
Those words feel like a punch to the gut. He starts thrashing and struggling against the black quicksand trapping him.
It hurts. It hurts so much. Still he keeps pushing. Because Satoru needs him.Finally, he is free.
He looks up and finds himself face to face with Satoru, who is still kneeling with his hands tied behind his back by the Prison Realm and is looking straight back at him.
All the defiance and aggression from earlier is gone from his eyes, replaced instead by a familiar softness.
Satoru smiles, weak and tired, but sincere nonetheless.“Welcome back, Suguru.”

Levi doesn’t respond right away. The silence stretches between them, thick with the weight of unspoken memories—battlefields soaked in blood, decisions that never stopped echoing in his mind. He stares at the floor, at the scuffed tips of his boots, like the answer might be hidden there, buried under dirt and regret. Yes, he does not respond right away. He does not, he does not, he does not—well, he does not respond at all. He almost chokes out another begging.
“And don’t you ever say that you did it for humanity’s sake,” Erwin continues, and Levi freezes. He almost pleads, but he doesn’t. “You did it for just one reason—yourself.”

The story of Attack on Titan, rewritten from the start.
A universe where Kenny regretted abandoning Levi and decides to step up as a parent, eventually adopting him as his own. Here, our protagonists are Kenny, Levi, and Erwin, the latter whom is introduced as a small child who had his life crushed.
The early chapters focus on character development, until Erwin mistakenly comes across Kenny, the one ghost of his past, and blackmails him and Levi into joining the Survey Corps. From that point forward, it’ll be Kenny and Levi in the regiment (critical subplots occur), along with the Warriors' POV, until the 104th is introduced and all the arcs will be re-written. Kenny is the key in changing everything.
Erwin and Levi clash as hated enemies, but something will change, and after much grief they'll find their way towards each other.
Everyone who deserved better, from Mike, Isabel and Furlan, to Marcel and Bertolt, will not be squandered, but fully exploited.

I am sorry that Mark is dead, we may not have been friends anymore but that doesn’t mean I killed him. If you let me call my team, they can help you find the person that did do this…or you can hold me here, and spend all of your time trying to break me down. You might even succeed, but because I didn’t kill Mark, it won’t bring you any closer to justice.”
