Summary
Percy’s life has gone to Hades in a handbasket, Annabeth showed her true colors and left, she got evicted from her apartment, her dream job got yanked out from under her, and her family’s living in Montana for Gods’ sakes, but an invitation to a wedding provides a spot of light in the darkness, and maybe an opportunity to turn things around. The question is: will she take it?
A slightly more realistic fic, although the myth stuff is still real, and everything in the books is canon, Percy’s just stuck as a twenty something in modern America, so capitalism has it out for her this time. As always, my interpretation of Percy is ethnically Cuban and Jewish, so while I don’t speak fluent Spanish, I fully believe Percy would, so excuse the heavy use of Google translate.
