As a fighter, Leo is practically useless, as she is gifted with magic ability but cannot manifest it. This makes leading an Inquisition difficult. She has to lean on outsiders for help while trying to keep her principles intact.

Little does she know, Solas is using their relationship to advance his own agenda, willing to deceive and manipulate to achieve his goals. As their connection deepens, Ilaera and Solas remain oblivious to the fact that their growing attraction and emotions will only make things more complicated.

This fic was first a written RP, and nothing much will be changed from that format beyond some editing here and there. Solas and Ilaera will have different fonts denoting who is writing/speaking, so both POVs will be represented in each chapter.
