“What were you saying?” Still rubbing circles into the sole of Katsuki’s foot, Izuku looked up again. Katsuki’s head was thrown back, baring the underside of his throat. “Go on, Kacchan — something about a policy change, yeah?”
Izuku watched, captivated, as he slid his hands from the underside of one foot across to the other. It felt cool in contrast to the first, which had soaked up enough heat from Izuku’s palms to turn the skin pink, radiating residual warmth. This time, the sound that left Katsuki’s mouth when Izuku’s thumbs pressed into the sole of his bare foot could only be described as a moan.
Well, there’s more than one way to relieve stress.

Izuku swallowed thickly. The dip in Katsuki’s voice was undeniable, as was the way fiendish eyes seemed to devour him alive. Was he really going to do this?
