It is 2087. What should be a time of learning and miraculous growth for all humanity, is instead a world coming back from the brink of Annihilation. Fifty some years ago, in a clap of thunder and the roar of tearing fabric, mankind found itself contending with a variable that could never have been predicted. These beings stood taller than man, held strength greater than theirs, their senses heightened far beyond what man could ever boast. They came with nothing, except for their knowledge. As a plague wracked humanity, these Anthro's fought for their very existence. Not from threats that humanity posed, but from extinction. No male anthro's had come with them. This plague that coursed through all humanity would leave all the women dead, and even a fraction of the men fell victim and died. Hello! Don't be mad, but I may have rewritten the story. While major beats, interactions, and the overall plot are the same. There has been a heavy rework to improve prose, remove aimless plot points, and add new stuff. If you are still interested in this story after all these years, first you have the patience of a saint, next I would recomend rereading chapters 1-8. To ease it over, some of the chapters will have some new art that I drew of the characters. In my absence, I have really been practicing and greatly improving my character designs, so I hope you enjoy that too!Also! Keep in mind that some of the comments may be referring to work before the rewrite.

Summary

Summary
Formerly a Spetsnaz Paratrooper - now Wrath Circle mercenary, Pulemyot, gets himself a high paying contract of working a security detail with one small caveat; having to work with one of the many bloody Goetia cutthroat families down here in Hell.
It particularly doesn't help that the now Matriarch of said family, Stella, is now a recent divorcee with said divorce ending with the near death of her brother, Andrealphus. Neither does it bode well for the sole heir, Octavia, who now has to deal with the massive fallout of such a relationship, both politically and mentally.
Having to deal with far more work than what was listed in the contract, Pulemyot is forced to invest himself in the Ars Goetia family in order to ensure he and the rest of the security team stays alive long enough to get paid. But as the rest of Hell devolves further into chaos, Stella and Pulemyot grow increasingly closer to each other, finally finding a true purpose through a shared connection, and ultimately coming to a precipice of either choosing each other, or the roles that Hell has seemingly forced them into.
They will do what is necessary. For themselves. For the future. For something worth fighting for.
