Summary
Dazai never attempted suicide when he was 14 years old. Therefore, he never met Mori Ougai, nor did he join the port mafia. Instead, he encountered Chuuya which will eventualy lead them both to leave Yokohama to try and become heroes in Musutafu.
In other words, Dazai's story changed a lot and add MHA to that.

He wouldn't call himself a hero by any stretch of the imagination-he's skittish and meek and tragically pathetic on almost every level-and he wouldn't say he led his life with noble and virtuous intentions either.

The pink of him darkens and glitters like a pixie has dusted him, blessing his squirming body with a greenish sparkle that looks like gemstones winking in the near darkness. It’s nigh erotic, the way the strong muscles warp and bend like writhing arms trapped under soft, thick blankets.
Strength returns to his hips, his torso, and as though he was rising from the dead, he arches back up, his legs—his tail—propelling him to a standing position. The muscles clench as he feels the skin, the scales, itself grip the ground and pull back in order to help raise the top of his body. Still, he looks behind him again, and sees that the muscles in his—tail—are thick, readily able to support his weight.
Oh this is bad. This is very bad.

And Lily Potter stepped aside.
Voldemort stared at her.
“... Is this some sort of trick?” he asked softly.
“No". Her voice was flat, lifeless. “You already killed James... If you let me live, then you can have Harry”.
Voldemort’s lip curled - not in amusement, but disgust. His own mother had died for him. Pathetic, yes, sentimental and foolish - but she had chosen to die so that he could live. Lily Potter wasn’t even choosing to care. Surely the child of prophecy deserved a better mother than this! Even he could give the boy to a better family to be raised right!
Voldemort slowly reached down and picked up the child.
He was still staring at him. He was still oddly silent. His eyes were still the colour of the Killing curse and brimming with power.
Yes, Voldemort decided, that was exactly what he’d do.
"You belong to me now" he whispered.
And with a crack like thunder, he turned on the spot, vanishing into the night.Or, the one where Harry Potter is raised by the Lestranges and it goes more or less how you would expect.

Summary
Severus Snape had a family at Hogwarts. His best friend Lily introduced him to the group of friends she made in Gryffindor, James Potter, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew. Wary, but hopeful, he was fast friends with the unruly gang. They soon turned from merely friends, into family. When Regulus Black started at Hogwarts, he was added to the small family almost instantly. Severus even found an unexpected love down the line. He had everything he ever wanted.
Until he didn't.
Voldemort took everything from him on the night of October 31st, 1981. 4 friends dead, one in prison, and his love in hiding. He was left alone for the first time since his childhood.
5 years later on the anniversary of the tragedy, he sat grieving the life he once had. He thoughts led him to the young boy Harry, whom he hadn't seen since that fateful night. Only then did he find out that the child had been left to the devices of Lily's horrid sister Petunia. Enraged, Severus went to rescue the only bit of Lily he had left. And so our story begins. A young child learning what it's like to be loved, and a man, relearning what it's like to not be alone anymore.

All the stories, all the training. The blood, sweat, and tears. How many times had Rumi taken her own arm under the knife hoping that it would be the end of this pathetic children’s story? Rumi knew how this story would end. Celine takes Rumi into her arms, and for a few moments, Rumi lets that warmth bloom in her gut.
But this warmth?
It was the kind you could get drunk on. The sweet stuff that rots your teeth.
“All this time,” she cries, “I was looking for a place to call home.”
Celine hushes her softly, “I know. I know, darling. And you’ve found it. We can make it through this, Rumi. We always have. I know we can fix this. Together. You and me.”
Rumi closes her eyes. Her hand twitches with electricity. Light festers in her palm. “I love you, mom.”
Celine gasps, fingers tightening on Rumi’s shoulders. “I…I love you, too.”
The girl sucks in a breath. Tears fell down her cheeks, catching the light of her sword.
“No, you don’t.”
A beam of light. A crackle of lighting. There, then gone. Then, quiet.
Celine’s head rolls onto the floor.
