Viktor gives no sign of having heard him. His metal hand slowly creeps up Jayce’s knee as they make out, fondling clothed skin, until Viktor’s thumb strokes his inner thigh and suddenly pauses with a soft hum. Jayce stopped in his tracks at the gate and took in the field of yellow wildflowers rolling in a gentle breeze. A flicker of wonder sparked in his eyes, but then a beat later, it faded. “For you.”
