"It only took them a few moments to realize something was wrong after the last of the monsters fell to their blades, but there is no telling how long Hyrule had been missing before then. None of them know. Wild is likely the last one who saw him, as he mentioned that Hyrule was at his side when the second wave of monsters came in, but that still doesn’t give them anything definitive, as Wind admitted he didn’t even realize there had been a second wave. Even Time and Warriors are unsure, the latter suggesting the second wave could have occurred anywhere from fifteen to twenty minutes previous. And that really influences how far the Hero of Hyrule could've gone.
Hyrule is missing."
(Or: Hyrule goes missing after getting separated from the Chain after an intense battle and Legend fails miserably at not blaming himself for the whole thing.)

Summary
Relationships have always been difficult for both Hinata Hajime and Komaeda Nagito. So, it's no wonder their relationship with each other is akin to a minefield. One wrong step and either of them could wind up feeling the hurt the shock of an explosion could bring. One would think there would be no use in trying to walk through the minefield with this in mind, but with Komaeda's incredible luck and all of Hinata's talents, they manage it, somehow. Even if there are numerous close calls.

By now, Asriel is thoroughly convinced this is all one big elaborate prank from Kris that they've gotten everyone in Hometown to collaborate on.
Sure, they have an attractive, athletic, incredibly strong, tomboy-ish dragon gamer girlfriend who's actually incredibly kind and charismatic and has a radiant smile and a cute, dorky side, and is also literally God's favorite. Sure, Asriel totally believes that. And somehow, despite this woman apparently being the embodiment of everything good and hopeful about this world, Kris is apparently too ashamed to tell him anything about her.
Sure. Asriel totally believes that.
Kris is far too secretive about their girlfriend, and Asriel, all too curious, decides to do his own research. Who is this mythical 'girlfriend', and why does Mom like her so much? Is Kris just pranking him?
He gets into a lot of misunderstandings along the way.

Summary
Susie blinks expectantly at them, waiting for them to show the ‘evidence’ that they aren’t, in fact, cold. She’s expecting a smile, or something. Perhaps a wide, toothy grin. Actually, the more she thinks about that, the scarier it sounds. Kris doesn’t do that kind of stuff. Not unless they wanna be creepy about it, that is.
But, instead, they drag their weight ever so slightly closer – inching towards her in ridiculously small increments. And, when near enough, instead of showcasing a cheeky grin, or even the slightest smile, they instead wrap their jaw around Susie’s cheek.
