All around was a clinical feeling, and the air crackled with electricity from the teleporter. It took William a moment to regain his senses, eyes moving around the very scientific-seeming room he found himself in. It took him so long to get there, taking him months to get to this point. He needed to find out who took his son, who had killed his best friend. The teleporter itself was easy, made in only a couple days because of his pack rat tendencies. He's thankful he's finally there, but it was strange—too clean, and somehow smelling of antiseptic or some type of cleaner. The air fizzled for a moment before settling around him, and he kept his hand near his trusty gun in its holster. He tensed at the sound of the clack of shoes on the floor and looked to see someone looking like an assistant with a clipboard standing before him. She looked startled, eyes darting around the room.

“Do we even have to do this, Pyotr?” Mateo huffs, staring up at the ceiling. He woke up around an hour ago and he's still in his boxers. Volkov's jacket is hanging close by over their desk chair. Mateo is laying down on their bed over the blanket and he can see small glances of Pyotr’s head in his peripheral vision as the man moves around their apartment.

Summary

Those were the words that haunted Wren day and night and he accepted that. He accepted his forced role as Arisen and all the responsibilities that it came with. He was raised on tales of the Arisen and how it was their duty to face the dragon, and if that is what fate had planned for Wren then he would accept that; if that meant facing joyful time, hardships and tragedies, he would face it all with with a brave face and steadfast will. All he wanted to do was protect the people he loved.
But what Wren couldn't handle was being torn between his life before becoming the Arisen and the possible future he could build with the Regentkin. He didn't know what the right choice was but he was trying... he was really trying...

Summary

[Police drama/psychological thriller about our favorite pair of detectives and their unlikely artist companion that takes place in late 2015 in an alternate universe to the game. This story will deal heavily with themes of suicide, trauma, and mental illness and will include eventual romance between Sebastian and Stefano.]

Summary
His current project has to be perfect.
While he’s not as picky as Viktor when it comes to prioritizing form over function, he does still prefer the most direct and structurally sound designs when crafting. Unfortunately, this particular piece is all about form. The curves of this plate of metal have been painstakingly coaxed into something familiar, but not quite right, so he keeps trying, heating and reheating the metal on repeat.
Suddenly, he takes the mask out of the forge, waits for it to cool, stares.
And the machine herald stares back at him.

Or, Jayce being very happy with his wonderful new post-canon life except for the part where the human brain deals poorly with trauma sometimes. Follow-up to previous work, won't mean much without reading it first.

Summary
Ever so carefully- as if his hair were made of glass instead of silk and daydreams- Viktor reaches his hand out, his fingers stretching toward Jayce’s hair. He wavers for a moment, hesitating only a second- what if Jayce pulls away? What if he is misreading this whole scenario? What if he crosses a line that cannot be uncrossed-
He is laying with his head in your lap, Viktor chides himself. If anyone crossed a line, it was him. This is merely retaliation- the consequences of his actions. Something Jayce needs exposure to anyway.
And with that, Viktor slips his fingers into Jayce’s hair.

Summary
Coming back to life after certain death is not easily described. In fact, Viktor can't describe it because the Arcane takes over and guides his battered consciousness into a new body. This body has a purpose. This body does not belong in Piltover. This body needs to travel to the depths of Zaun and act upon the Arcane's will.
But when Viktor speaks Jayce's name, he remembers who he is. They have always defined each other.
OR, Viktor wakes from his chrysalis. He isn't so eager to leave.
