"It's well known that Fix-It Felix Jr. and Turbotime were a 2-pack.
They were from the same manufacturer, the same year (though Turbo Time wouldn't be localized until January ‘83), they were always able to be bought together (only 2500 for both!), and were always placed right next to each other in every arcade.
For an arcade to have one or the other, something had to have happened to the missing one.
So, everyone was on edge when Litwak rolled in a lone Turbo Time arcade."

The inhabitants of Turbotime attempt to adjust to a new arcade after a terrible incident ruined their old one. In turn, the inhabitants of Litwak's try to separate the old Turbo with the new Turbo. But some remnants of the old cabinet remains.

It’s been a year since Ralph, Vanellope, Felix and Tamora saved the arcade from an all-consuming virus, and life’s returned to a new normal. That is, until the peace is shattered by the re-plugging in of Turbo Time.
And the return of the arcade’s cautionary tale, Turbo.
But not the Turbo.
A blank slate with no recollection of the original’s atrocities — or at least, that’s what he claims.
Can they get past their paranoia and give this new Turbo a chance? Will they inadvertently push him away and down a precarious path?
And are the sightings of phantom pixels more than just a side effect of crossed wires and rising tensions?

Granger being Russian spies, a production of the Tempest, Harry being a cringesuccess Slytherin, and an anti-tank missile launcher. No Weasley bashing, Dumbledore bashing in the first volume played for tragicomedy, pairing H/Hr. Intended to be told in four volumes, but I abandoned the series after the second volume - an author's note at the end of the second volume will tell you how the third and fourth volumes would have gone down.
