Expect lots of fluff, tropes and silly humour as three grown-ass men deal with the terrifying reality of raising a teenage girl.

But his desire for men, his discomfort whenever he beds women—those mutations, he can keep to himself. He can keep the world from seeing just how much of a freak he really is.
Except he can't, because the world includes Yennefer.
Or: With a little help from Yennefer and Jaskier, Geralt discovers he's gay after a lifetime of not even knowing the word. Probably the most self-indulgent thing I've ever written.

Summary
Jaskier sits under a tree by himself, separate from the group but not entirely out of sight. Geralt's chest suddenly feels tight, like some great weight is settled on him and making it hard to breathe. There's an ache where his heart is and he recognizes, belatedly, that it's guilt—guilt for what he'd shouted earlier, for pushing the bard away with his anger and harsh words.
He stands, uncertain, fighting with himself for a moment, then he closes his eyes and breathes in deeply, letting it out slowly, and makes his way over to Jaskier.

It isn't supposed to be like this. Witchers aren't supposed to feel like this. He's failed, as he always does, and now he's riddled with the ridiculous, cloying scent of buttercups. He aches, a little, somewhere deep, thinking of them destroyed.
He lifts his foot and the petals are unrecognizable in the dirt. There's a sudden, acute stab of pain in his chest, his heart clenching at the sight. He ignores it, as always.

Summary
Geralt has gone to knees in front of Jaskier, arms held behind him and chin raised high. He’s sitting on his heels, shoulders back. His posture is better than any submissive Jaskier has ever seen; like he has been waiting a long, long time.
Like it is all that he needs.
“Geralt,” Jaskier starts, but there are no more words in him right then.
Geralt’s eyes are still pitch black, and he is bleeding sluggishly from a dozen different wounds, whining low at the sound of his name. The potions help him in a fight, but they’re hard on his body, and he’s taken far too many of them if his eyes haven’t shifted back yet. He tilts his head to the side, exposing the column of his throat, and something sings through Jaskier that he cannot even begin to quell. Geralt is on his knees.
Geralt is on his knees for Jaskier.
“Oh, darling,” Jaskier says, reaching down to cup his cheek, watching the way his head lolls into the touch. His breathing starts to even out as Jaskier brushes the hair back from his face with his other hand, running gentle fingers over his brow. “You’ve been keeping secrets.”

Things were different after the mountain.
For one thing, when Jaskier met up with Geralt again, it was with a refugee princess in tow. Somehow this wasn’t surprising, given the way Geralt’s life often went, but it did create a different dynamic.
Beyond that, though, Geralt was different. Softer, somehow. Like he was actively trying to smooth away his hard edges, and his face often constricted with the pain of it.
Jaskier didn’t quite know what to do with it.

Summary
It seemed as though Pavetta’s betrothal had shaken loose something in Geralt’s brain. Or, no. Maybe that wasn’t it, maybe it was preparing for the banquet, letting Jaskier work nimble fingers through his filthy hair, passing a cloth so deftly over his aching shoulders. Geralt wanted nothing more than to forget it, but he was finding that he couldn’t stop thinking about it at all.
Or: Jaskier keeps patching Geralt up, and asking him for help, and touching him, and Geralt absolutely does not know what to do with all these feelings.

“Are you alright?” Jaskier asks. He’s been dragged outside again during the middle of one of his sets. That’s fine. He was almost expecting it. Geralt has become a little bit predictable, and a bad mood usually means he’ll want a quick pick me up at some point.
“I will be in a moment,” Geralt growls, and he pushes Jaskier up against the wall.
And it's fine. Normal. New normal. Jaskier goes and he goes happily and willingly. But there’s something that is tugging on his mind, something that aches.
He doesn’t put his finger on it until afterwards. “You really will have to start being more patient. I do need to make a living – and you dragging me away in the middle of my songs all the time is bad for business.”
Geralt gives a chuckle, “you’re saving money on the whorehouses, are you not?”
And oh.
Geralt is using him for sex.
