When a historian finds a portrait of herself in a museum, one without an author and one she was certain she never saw, she realises that there must be something she doesn't know. To find out what it is, she decides to leave her life behind in search for the truth, to satiate the curiosity that has been accompanying her throughout her life like an old friend. As the old saying goes, curiosity killed the cat.

In my particular scenario, it comes with a pathetic sizzle and a whine.

A few weeks ago, if anyone suggested that instead of vivisecting a being from another world with unexplainable nullification powers, I'd end up working, dancing, and even enjoying her homemade pancakes with her, I'd slit their throat on the spot. And turn their vocal cords into a new lyre for Pantalone (that posh fat cat always had a thing for gruesome gifts).
Now, it appears that the only person requiring serious internal rearrangements is me.

Summary
Sephiroth is looping, repeating the events of Final Fantasy VII over and over again. He has experienced not only the events of the original game and the remake, but many more cycles beyond, stretching into a multitude of similar and yet ever-so-slightly different worlds. Regardless of loss, death, or even victory, he has been unable to free himself from this time loop – or even uncover why he is looping at all.
Determining to find answers, he seeks out Aerith Gainsborough to see if he can convince her to interrogate the planet itself for information. However, it turns out Aerith is not completely ignorant of the cycle. Fed experiences by the planet of the events of the original Final Fantasy VII, she has good reason to distrust Sephiroth and his plans.
This story revolves around their interactions with each other and the resulting consequences that ripple through this particular cycle.

Summary
When Haurchefant's request to have the Warrior of Light, Alphinaud, and Tataru allowed into Ishgard as wards of House Fortemps is denied, the four are unsure of what to do next. That is, until the topic of marriage comes up, and Haurchefant gets the bright idea that if they were trying to enter Ishgard for a wedding, they'd have to be let in. And who better to get married than the Warrior of Light and Haurchefant himself.
A fic exploring the Warrior of Light's time in Ishgard after a slight change in circumstances, and the interesting family, friend, and other dynamics that arise because of it.

Summary
Trouble never seemed far off when Childe was around. For the most part, Lumine didn't mind that. Kept things interesting, for sure. Usually, their mutual brand of mayhem looked like epic battles against hilichurls and eldritch horrors from Abyss. But the moment Childe sheepishly croaked out "my parents think we're dating," Lumine just knew that they had stumbled head first into a new form of danger. Sadly, this one wasn't one they could stab their way out of.
Though frankly if this fake dating thing didn't go well, Lumine wasn't above trying it.

He was glad that Kurusu was so focused on her rambling, his phone buzzing in his hands with each message she sent as she went off. Goro didn't want her to notice how shaken he felt over the fact that for once, Loki wasn't muttering and whispering the best ways to kill a man into his ears, as if the Persona was looming over him, Robin Hood the only wall between them that kept Goro from sinking into true madness.
For once, it felt like Loki stood with him.
It was in that moment when Goro decided that his plans needed a change. That maybe, just maybe, it wouldn't be so terrible to make a friend.
Just this once.

Slow burn with Dimileth bc I caught the bug bad, I just hope I do my boy justice really. Dramatic retelling of Azure Moon, mostly canon-compliant from Dimitri's perspective with in-depth workings with MI and such. Heavy trigger warnings from Ch 10 onward, I'm not shying away from the painful stuff or skipping the timeskip but I promise I'll make it worth sticking around for.
The rape warning is -not- for the main pairing in the fic's Canon, but a nightmare + overseeing someone else.
