This had started as an idle flirtation, a dalliance and a game, when Padmé had come to Coruscant as a senator. Obi-Wan hadn’t been comfortable at political parties, and Padmé had noticed, and teased him, and made him blush. He’d told her that he shouldn’t get involved, and Padmé had asked—whispering in his ear, where nobody could hear—if shouldn’t meant that he didn’t want to.
He’d turned to face her, and their lips had brushed, and Obi-Wan had leaned into the contact. Padmé had been laughing then, too, during that first fumbling too-brief kiss.
Here and now, they had the advantage of years of practice and no prying eyes that might condemn them for being a politician and a Jedi.

She does up her pants and rights her clothing, as does he, stepping back from her. Neither one of them speaks. What is there even to say? She just knows this isn't something he planned for either. Somehow, she knows what he's feeling.
"Oi! Weasley!" Someone calls out near them and she jumps into action. Oh god, if the Weasley's are around them, if Fred saw her with this strange man right now. Oh god, Fred. She completely forgot about Fred.
The stranger adjusts his clothes and takes off his hat, brushing back his red hair and replacing it. Before turning to face the person calling out. "Over here." He says.
She stares at him, realization flooding her consciousness, drowning her. Her eyes grow wide with fear and denial. She starts to back away from him. He steps toward her now, holding up his hands cautiously.
"You're Charlie?" She breathes, begging the universe that it's not true.
"Yes? How do you know me? Who are you?" He asks.
"Oh my god." She says, shaking her head as the realization slams into her. She turns and runs.

But looking through her father's CDs (because seriously who uses CDs anymore?!) she found a local band called Fanblade. A CD that had Alex Vreeke credited as a songwriter. It didn't take a curvy genius to figure out which one it was. After all, who else would write their #1 hit, "Bethany", but the metalhead himself?

This was NOT part of the plan. I was supposed to wake up after brain surgery and get better so I could do all the things my mom and I had been dreaming about for years. Like going to college, making friends, and traveling the world. I was NOT supposed to end up in the Twilight universe inside of Bella fucking Swan's body.
Two months in and I can't avoid going to Forks. Renee is catching on too quickly. It's impossible to act in character all the time, especially since Bella's personality and mine are... not comparable...
In a world of mythos, magic, and monsters, there has to be a way to get back to my world, right? Bella's fate was bound to be tangled in with the supernatural anyway, so no harm no foul. That's what I foolishly believed.
The last thing I ever expected to find family with the Cullens...or to perhaps fall in love with a man who wasn't meant for me. What will happen if I wake up? What will happen if I never wake up?
And how do I even begin to explain the difference between 'Bella' and ME?
