Lime hopes for someone to listen and understand them. Although, they keep pushing people away, always scared of eventually being hurt. They find it extremely difficult to trust someone because of something that’s happened in their past.
Neither of them has ever experienced what being truly cared for feels like.

“Don’t be,” Blue quickly said to reassure the other, they gently moved their hand against the other’s back with their knuckles held tightly into a fist.
Blue pulled the other closer, that there was no space between the two. They gently whispered out into the other’s ear. “Just stay here…..with me”
Lime didn’t respond verbally but they didn’t pull away. They didn’t want to admit it but it was…..nice hugging Blue like this
