Well, except from the separation of the Zora from the rest of the Kingdom.
So when an Invitation arrives to the Hyrule princess' twentieth birthday, Sidon is over the moon happy to get to leave his home and explore the world he had been reading about all his life.
There is nothing he loves more than Hylians, their history, their customs, their people.
Except maybe his sister.
For her, he would give up anything.

Summary
Simon has to repeat a school year due to...medical problems and for that he changes to his twin brother Daniel's school. And suddenly he has a chance for friends, for a place in this unforgiving society formed by high school, a place he always only saw as literal hell on earth.
In the meantime Connor starts taking a liking to their new English teacher, Mr. Anderson, who seems to have some problems of his own that Connor may just be familiar with.__________________________________________________________________________
To be entirely honest, this is just a collaboration of my favourite teen/slice of life movies projected onto the DBH babies :D

Summary
Detective Cassandra Carter has been Hank Anderson's partner for years, ever since she started at the DPD. He was her mentor, now he's her friend. They keep each other alive and somewhat well. But an unlucky case starting with a very much failed plan leaves Cassandra unable to work for a while. And when she returns, it seems she's been replaced.
Honestly this just originated from a few small ideas and headcanons that bundled up while playing detroit approx. 5000 times xD Probably will add in a litte "choose your own path" option later on, including multiple endings...path options will affect Connor's actions mainly.
Smut is seperated from the rest, you can just skip it

When Link learns that Sidon has to marry Yona, his world falls apart. But sometimes all it takes to fix it is a sleigh ride with a friend, some advice from a friendly Lynel and a major kick in the ass from Yona.

Sidon approached Link, and all Link could focus on was the new collar the man was sporting. It was significantly larger than the one he was accustomed to and more ornate. It was a symbol of his engagement. His blue eyes drifted up away from Sidon's neck to his face. The shock melted from it and Sidon's arms abruptly shot up into the air.
"It's good to see you, my friend!"
No matter how long they'd been together, Sidon had continued to refer to him as "my friend". He had admittedly begun using "friend" and "love" interchangeably, but the term had never previously left Link feeling anything other than cherished.
When Link didn't say anything in response, Sidon's expression shifted again, concern washing across his face. "Link, is something wrong? Are you alright? What happened?"
'Yona told me you would be here.'

Summary
Link does not think he's suited for a quiet life. He dwells in explosions and fires, weapons and fights, ever since he joined King Rhoam's troops as a young boy after losing his parents. The rest of his garrison regard him as the land's best swordsman, a promising soldier worthy of becoming part of the prestigious Royal Guard. But a quiet life is nonetheless imposed on him after a series of dumb decisions and reckless impulses get him relocated to what must be the most boring, uneventful post in Hyrule.
Or it was, before the pirates arrived. Sea-born creatures like nothing the land had ever seen before; they're smart and cunning and their captain is what nightmares are made of, according to locals. Link is equally as terrified as he is fascinated by them, and try as he may, he can't seem to stay away.

Prince Sidon's sunny disposition is the only thing keeping you and your gloomy mood company as you recover from a rather unfortunate accident in Zora's Domain. It's not like you need him to keep you afloat - though perhaps learning to trust in him would do you some good in the end.

Their stoicism was their strongest armor. As a human in a world full of powerful races, there's a lot to be said about holding their own as a want-to-be warrior in Hyrule.
After the events of BOTW, Y/n finds themselves recovering in the Zora Domain, having grown quite close to the Zora Prince Sidon. As he embellishes their stay with fancy clothes and gifts, he can't help but explain what drives him to be so doting on a human soldier such as Y/n.
It comes to his attention that they aren't as hardened as they like to portray. A curiosity consumes them both as he tries to see what's behind the human warrior's mask.
