I mean, even if it was a children’s movie, there is still some sort of an innate belief that a true love kiss from a prince can indeed wake someone up. There have been countless media produced from this concept, movies, books, games; I mean, it is a fairly overused trope, but that, in turn, could work to our advantage! People have cognition of you, your detective prince persona. Even if it is made up, people will innately believe it. Society wants to believe it, therefor the cognition should be strong enough that it could work!”
Akechi frowned, hating how he saw the complete logic in it, “So my chance of being able to wake him up with a kiss hinges on the possibility of enough people seeing Sleeping Beauty and believing that is a viable way of waking coma patients. Fantastic. Well done, Humanity.”
Or Akira gets inflicted with a sleep ailment, the Meta App glitched at the wrong time and the Phantom Thieves have to figure out how to lift the ailment.

Akechi leans back, looking up at Ren's profile while he surveys the train carriage as if checking for possible threats. Here, the fluorescent light glances off his round glasses, shielding his eyes and making it impossible to gauge his expression. Sometimes, Akechi wonders if he's just seeing what he wants to see in those moments he thinks Ren feels for him, just as everyone else does. He's like Schrodinger's lover—the only man more chameleonic than Akechi himself. Perhaps they're both just reflecting off each other, like two mirrors in an empty room. Pathetic, how they both can still find themselves here regardless. Just making each other worse.

“We’re siblings in sin. Now, do your poor adopted brother a favor and find his crush’s homemade pornhub feature.”
Or, Akira loses his mind trying to find Akechi's sex tape. It goes about as well as can be expected.

The bullet hits its mark, and Akechi hears a voice over the ship’s intercom as the bulkhead rises, separating him and the double from the Thieves. If nothing else, Goro Akechi is going to die on his own terms.
Before he can, Akechi hears a voice―Sakura?―yelling “Joker, what are you―” and said Joker flies over the rising bulkhead, tethered by his grappling hook. Just as the bulkhead closes, he lands, without the usual dramatic flourish with which he executes grappling hook maneuvers. Muffled, through the wall, Akechi hears Takamaki yelling “Joker!?”

The laughter that chokes its way out of Goro’s throat is pained, almost maniacal. “Are you blind? You’re surrounded by people who will drop everything if it means having a chance with you. You could be happy with anyone else in your life, Joker.”
“I don’t want any of them. I’ve made my choice a long time ago. You know this.”

Summary
For one of the first times in his life, Akechi’s speechless. He knows what his old self would say—You couldn’t possibly understand how I feel, attic trash—but Akechi is tired. Tired of his old self swirling in his heart, full of rage. Tired of his “new” self poised in his mind, which is so stuffed with rationality and psychoanalysis that he’s nothing more than a cast off shell. He’s just fucking tired.
“Listen,” Akira continues. “Why don’t we just…start over? I know that might be difficult given what we’ve been through, but you came back here for a reason, right?”
Akechi almost barks out a laugh. Typical Kurusu, with the keen ability to read him so well. With the quiet charisma he begrudgingly admired. It tugs and pulls at his chest like a puppet on strings.
“You haven’t changed,” Akechi says.
Akira grins sheepishly, placing a hand on his neck. “Play me at chess, and you’ll figure out what has.”
