They eat most of their meals together, Sunoo has a section in his closet, and Sunghoon knows all of his favorite songs. It’s too much, he knows it’s too much, that he’s going to go insane if he keeps running head first into this, if he keeps blindly going through it without a single score to point him in the right direction—but what else can he do? He’s in too deep. He was in too deep that first night they met at the party, when Sunoo kissed him and he tasted like artificial peach and smelled like the spicy sweet cologne that he puts on every morning.

At the mention of Jake’s name, a small smile crept into Sunghoon’s lips.

That made Sunoo’s eyebrow raise and he couldn’t help feeling competitive.
“I’m cuter than him, though.” The man laughed a little, and Sunoo’s cheeks heated, feeling embarrassed.
“Sorry, sorry.”
“No, it’s fine.”
It has been a while since Sunoo felt embarrassed, his confidence crumbling a little. He changed the topic to get his mind off it.
“I want to be friends with you too.” Sunoo suddenly blurted out, smiling. Sunghoon looked at him with both brows raised.
“Me?”
“Yes.”
“Ahh…haha…”
Sunghoon let out an awkward laugh. Sunoo face palmed himself internally.
Great, now he’s uncomfortable!
He reflected sarcastically. He’s starting to think that Sunghoon doesn’t want to talk to him anymore but still, he strived to get to know him because where was he all this time? How come Sunoo has only seen him today?
The taller man had already shifted his eyes in front, as if the empty podium was the most interesting thing in the world.
And Sunoo knew at that moment that if he wanted to know him, he would need an awful ton of effort.
