But when her mother Bianca informs her that she's engaged to someone much younger than her she's forced to finally go back to the small town she grew up in to try and stop it. What she doesn't expect is the blonde bombshell Trixie teaching her that not everything there completely sucks and that maybe, just maybe, Katya might be capable of the one thing that scares her the most, falling in love.

When Harry comes to tell her the worst news, she finally has to face up to the damage she's caused to she who was always most dear to her.
This fic is J/7 but involves the other listed ships (and does portray R/7 in a positive way.) Very angsty, minor character deaths. Loosely based on some videos and articles that I found about the tension Kate Mulgrew had towards Jeri Ryan and their ultimate reconciliation. NOT an RPS.

Summary
Villanelle, known as the deadliest Alpha assassin, decides to become an informant for MI6 as an act of spite against Konstantin. Eve is assigned as her protection on the trip to Scotland, where Villanelle's new home and identity wait. Eve's seeming rejection of her Alpha designation pisses Villanelle off, being the out and proud Alpha she is. Villanelle's Alpha entitlement pisses Eve off. Now they're stuck in a car together, driving across England.
