He lost a promising career as a musician, he lost most friends and guilt troubles him because his family's life has been turned upside down to fit with his needs. In a last attempt to make him feel better with himself, his family hires a sex-assistant.

As a former cop from the capital, it took him a lot of patience, persistence and stubborn friendliness to win the trust of the long-established residents. But that had been worth it, because at some point Magnus was so burned out of the horrible things he'd seen as a homicide Detective, that there was only one way for him: To do a quieter job elsewhere or quit the job completely. But Magnus was a cop with his body and soul, which admittedly missed some of the action.
