The prince didn’t know what to do with himself. He felt he was in a daze, maybe even locked in some perfect dream that he’d be pulled from at any moment. He slowly, yet instinctively wrapped his arms around Belle, melting into her and closing his eyes. “You came back,” he whispered into her hair.

Summary
Recently finally saw V after meaning to do so for years. While I generally liked it I felt that there were a lot of story elements that could have used more breathing room. I understand that it was a MINI series so they only had so much time in which to tell the story but that hasn't stopped me from thinking up little scenes that I feel would have added a little more dimension to it. Decided to write them down here because I have to get them out of my head somehow.
p.s. The rating may go up later if I decide that I'm up to the task of writing space lizard sex.

Authors Note: Two one shot alternate ending Halloween inspired fics, ended up merging together into a much larger story. I have not written a long form fanfiction before so this is a bit of an experiment. Rest assured the first draft is complete, so it will not be abandoned over time. Feedback is love!

Answer to the 2008 challenge for the Tok'ra Resistance mailinglist: Sam becomes host to Egeria in a very AU version of "The Cure". I moved the episode to third season. This has several advantages: 1) Egeria is not in as badly a shape, 2) SGC people, including O'Neill, is not as hostile towards the Tok'ra, as in later seasons, 3) Martouf/Lantash and Daniel are all alive. I believe that by third season, Sam has come enough to terms with her experiences with Jolinar that she would agree to become host in a situation such as this.
