Summary: Enji still moonlight’s as the number 2 hero that everyone is convinced he is but he’s also one of the world’s most wanted super villains but to solidify his rule of both he needs an heir with abilities and strength to match his own one able to best All might and dominate the hero rankings but also one capable of finally purging All for one and any of his heir’s from the underworld so their family could rule it as well. So he goes in search of a wife retaining a powerful quirk he learns about Rei and her powerful ice quirk the perfect counter and balance to his fire and gives a marriage proposal to the Himura family which they agree to and he’s married to Rei within a month and barely any time later Rei finds herself 8 months pregnant with their first born when she accidentally discovers her new husbands nature and his intentions for her baby when she sees him burn a commission agent alive for daring to be the one to deliver the news that the commission president wants to meet her baby and herself to see if the boy is a good fit for the legacy program terrified of this new world of duplicity, murder and the willingness to use a child for ones ends she seeks to make sure the man never gains an interest in the baby.

They’re running on fumes at this point the resistance against All For One’s new reign is in shambles but Once again Dabi or rather Touya Todoroki had pulled off the impossible and had gone up against the centuries old quirk user and despite seemingly burning up supernova style in an attempt to either take out or just severely injure or immobilise the other in an attempt to buy the other resistance members some time and also out of spite for what he remembered All for One telling him all those years ago about being a defective product and fury for what all for one had done managing to take away some of the only people Touya could truly say understood him; for daring to usurp Shigaraki’s place and expecting him to just go along with his plan’s and authority when he’d robbed him of a mutual understanding and friendship between him and Tenko that had taken so much time to foster he’d just erased Tenko completely leaving no shred of the leader and close friend he’d come to know through late night insomnia and trauma driven conversations and momentary snapshots of time in corridors and rooms alone.

Summary
So the Todoroki family in this Alternate Universe are powerful celestial beings from another plain of existence, old ancient beings of immense power/power potential that can be summoned via ancient “archaic” rituals. People seek their guidance but even more so they seek their power and the younger the celestial being the simpler they are to capture and contain to attempt to either siphon off of their power (if they are exceptionally powerful) or to force one of the older celestial beings to grant a wish or request for the safe return of the young godling. The Todoroki’s are rarely summoned because 1) they were extremely powerful unknown beings of unknown morality and ethics, 2) their rituals are fairly complex and need to be performed by a practiced hand, 3)the ritualistic knowledge to summon these ancient archaic beings is heavily censored and restricted because of how potentially dangerous it could be to attract their ire. That’s not to say that there aren’t ignorant fools in the world that wouldn’t attempt to trap and contain the youngest Todoroki in a bid to get power or riches beyond their imaginations, it was just people like that were few and far between.

An Anarchistic Ancient Protector of All realms who has tumbled through the never ending pathway’s of the multiverse after breaking the pathways to escape their Keeper | A chaotic rogue child of a corrupt controlling ‘hero’ who has runaway from home like his brother’s before him after being pushed too far too soon + plus the almost impossible chance of meeting each other the day they break away from the ones that restrain them = chaotic friendship/found family duo that have a litany of issues and a habit of finding others either ostracised or outcast by society and unintentionally adopting them.

Vought seemed to believe they were the only organisation getting their hands on young powerful supe’s. Which was a ridiculous and wholly foolish notion which you didn’t understand because how could they possibly be so delusional that they believe no one else would attempt to get their hands on a super-powered individual. Well their stupidity and short sightedness had led to the formation of places like the Institute and the Academy, places that didn’t bring in supe’s to become limelight superheroes but to rather build up super-soldiers, spies and assassins that would follow every given order, they were experiments and test subjects at worst indentured servant’s and indoctrinated officers at best.
